Small Drive up Roll Up Door 5 X 10 (5 x 10)

After entering the gate this unit will be on your left side. Most of these units are in the B building. NOTE: You will not enter the building, this is a drive-up unit. Bring your own padlock or contact the property manager to purchase a premium tamper resistant padlock.

Small Drive up Roll Up Door 7 X 8 (7 x 8)

After entering the gate this unit will be on your left side. Most of these units are in front of the A building. NOTE: You will not enter the building, this is a drive-up unit. Bring your own padlock or contact the property manager to purchase a premium tamper resistant padlock.

Large Drive Up swing Door 12 X 20 (12 x 20)

This spacious, standalone, drive-up building is located on the right side along the fence. It is the first building on the right and the unit number is on the door which can be conveniently seen from your vehicle.

Medium Drive up Roll Up Door 10 X 10 (10 x 10)

This space can only fit a car, SUV, or small trailer.

Parking RV 25 X 12 (25 x 12)

This space can fit a large trailer, RV, motor home, etc.

This is a 1200 sq foot shop. Tenant pays utilities. Shared bathroom. Heated. Overhead garage door. Shown by property manager on Tuesday and Thursday by appointment only. Tenant has to submit application and qualify. 5 minutes from 80/94 expressway, 2-4 parking spaces, extra tall ceilings, security gate, security cameras, 24/7 access, no mechanical, perfect fabrication shop.
